Hello! I’m Dr. Sarah Prielipp. My pronouns are she, her, and hers. Browse the picture carousel to the left to see a few images from my personal life, including our canine TAs. And believe me! These four doggos think they are helping all the time. Annie is the black Staffordshire terrier/mix, Leo is the yellow Labrador, Rosie is the chocolate Labrador, and Walter is a Merle Labradoodle. If we meet online, I am sure they will greet us with their presence via barks, squeaky toys, and pop-ins on camera.

I'm excited to learn with you this semester as we think about writing and how to communicate effectively in various Situations for specific Purposes with different Audiences using multiple Modes.

When I am not teaching or writing, I enjoy making things -- food, crafts, home improvements -- with my family. My husband and I have four children who keep us busy with their athletic and academic activities, too.

I typically respond to questions fairly quickly between the hours of 7 am and 8 pm, but if you have not heard back from me within 24 hours during the week or 48 hours on the weekend and you need a response, check in with me. I may have missed it or thought I already answered you.
